This graphic is our first graphic. We tried to show the streets that Kemal's remarked as red, orange and yellow. He remarked them in terms of their speciality about reminding Füsun.



In second graphic, we showed the significant places accordingly novel in Nişantası and Çukurcuma. In addition, we added them to the characters which are related these places.




This is the final state of our third graphic. We have worked on this graphic for a long time. In the beginning, we tried to draw this graphic as heart beating. However, after we draw the graphic in this way, we decided to this is better than the other.



This is our PROJECT POSTER. It includes our aim, our results and all of the graphics.

LAST 15 DAYS to our presentation. We are waiting it excitedlyyy!

We met to argue how we should prepare our presentation and we ate something together. We are really excited because LAST 28 DAYS!! :)  Have a nice evening :)


Time goes on...

After the Proj 102 workshop, we met in dining hall to find new ideas about our infographics we were starving :) After that we ate something immediately.

After we have finished the progress report we decided to drink some coffee. Bensu have had to go since that we were very upset :( :).

The Doctors
In addition, in some parts of novel, time is running very fast, on the other hand, in some parts time flows slowly. Because of this situation we decided to time is important for this novel and we wanted to show the timeline as a graph for readers. Then, we thought that it is a good idea to bring graph of heart beatings and timeline together.

Because of emotional intension of Kemal in this novel, we wanted to focus on his emotions depend on Füsun and we wanted to give these informations with a graph of heart beatings.

Understanding Shakespeare visualization

In the beginning, we had planned to use this kind of graph which was used for Shakespare's novel. However, we decided that this kind of graph would not be useful and does not give effective information.

In order to be more understandable for readers of this novel, we wanted to show the places that given in the novel. Because the maincharacter of this novel, Kemal emphasized these places for many times.

Who we are?


We are a group of students who study at Sabancı University. We are freshmen students and we took Proj 102 in Fall 2013 semester. Our project name is An Info-graphic for a Novel: Museum of Innocence, Orhan Pamuk. Our aim is trying to prepare info-graphics for readers who haven't read this novel yet.
